The May issue of Stuff magazine is out now – featuring our smartphone megatest!
There's plenty for everyone in the latest issue of Stuff in print and available digitally through Pocketmags, Readly and Apple News+

The latest issue of Stuff magazine has hit the shelves and it’s time for our yearly smartphone megatest where we get all our phones out on the table and pit them against each other in a massive face-off. Or phone-off, whatever.
What we found was especially remarkable this year was just how much you can get for your money both in the mid-range and at the budget end of the spectrum. More than ever, you can get a lot for less – and that can only be a good thing.
- Subscribe to a print or digital edition of Stuff magazine – or you can get the May 2023 mag as a single issue

Also in our May – yes May already – issue we’ve looked at the toppermost tablets for mobile gaming as well as an in-depth look at the Sonos Era 300 and 100 – the 300 being the pick of the pair, with spatial audio support and cracking sound quality.
- You can also get Stuff magazine through Pocketmags, Readly and Apple News+
There are also plenty of other reviews including Victrola’s Sonos-ready turntable, Nothing’s second-generation earbuds, OLED awesomeness in the form of the latest from Philips, and gaming brilliance from MSI. And we’ve done a long-term test of JBL’s snazzy Tour Pro 2 earbuds, which have a touchscreen on the case. Gimmick or must-have?

Plus there’s a smattering of cool boxes and bags to keep your drinks chilled as the spring starts to kick in.

After weeks of testing, the new Razer Blade 16 is the gaming laptop I’d happily take anywhere
Introduction I’m not a fan of having to pick between high frame rates and portability. The most powerful gaming laptops are usually the biggest and heaviest – and rarely last more than a few hours as soon as you unplug their brick-like power adapters. Or at least, that used to be the case. Manufacturers have […]
Test Article – Samsung Galaxy S25+ review: this uninspiring update is for a limited audience
Introduction I’ve long seen the Plus variants as the ugly duckling of Samsung’s Galaxy smartphone lineup: not different enough from the base model to justify its higher price, and not as fully-featured as the Ultra flagship. Even when last year’s Galaxy S24+ broke the mould with its bespoke hardware upgrades, it still felt out of […]
TEST 15TH APRIL – Best foldable phone 2024: next-gen flip phones reviewed and rated
With enough force, almost every phone can fold in half – not even the best smartphones on sale are immune from brute strength. But only a few can do it without suffering terminal damage. Think folding phones are just a hinged gimmick? Think again: the best foldable phones are about as versatile as handsets get […]

Test 2 reviews
Introduction It wasn’t too far back into PC gaming history that “integrated graphics” was considered a curse word. An Asus ROG device without a dedicated GPU would’ve been unthinkable. Madness, even. Fast forward to 2025, though, and the Z13 Flow is very much flying solo in the graphics department – yet I couldn’t be happier. […]
